We have worked within the sectors that we are trying to effect change within, which gives us a first hand perspective of the challenges and barriers organisations face on a day to day basis.
We understand the work, we understand the systems, and we have worked with the people who are trying to access these systems. Our clinical experience in social work and occupational therapy are fundamental to our approach.
