Curious Communities Consulting assists organisations to develop their capacity to collect and use data, create and demonstrate impact, and foster innovation and excellence in their particular field.  

Our vision is to be able to support innovative ideas that are going to improve the lives of people who have been stuck in systemic disadvantage for prolonged periods of time. We believe that people using the services, and service providers have ideas that can change the system and make it work for people in a way that is cohesive and results in better outcomes. The only way to change the system is to show what works, with innovation, recording good data, addressing needs, getting qualitative stories, and backing them up with irrefutable evidence.   

More and more, there is a need for community services to leverage their data to demonstrate need, show impact and advocate for systemic change. The only way to change the system is to show what works through the recording of good data, targeted service delivery that addresses needs, collecting qualitative stories, and embedding outcome measures that demonstrate tangible impact. These are the first steps towards innovation and social change.
